現在很多人在睡眠上都會遇到許多問題
最常見的就是 晚上無法輕易入睡，早上又總覺得沒睡飽
這樣都會影響到我們一整天的效率跟甚至是心情
所以今天要跟大家分享5個可以快速入眠的小方法
1.睡前兩小時將燈光調暗 
只要房間變暗，人體會開始分泌退黑激素來幫助入眠，自然會產生睡意。
2.晚餐在睡前3小時前結束 
如果睡眠時腹中還有食物，消化器官會持續運作，進而妨礙人體進入深層睡眠。但如果空腹睡不著，還是可以吃點起司或水果。另外睡前喝酒雖然可以幫助入睡，但其實這樣會減少深層睡眠；含有咖啡因的食物也要在睡前避免食用。
3.伸展運動 
身體僵硬是妨礙睡眠的主要原因之一。只要躺在床上伸展5分鐘，促進血液循環，就能讓身體深部體溫下降而快速入睡。但要注意的是激烈運動反而會讓體溫升高，而不容易入睡，所以跑步等有氧運動應在黃昏進行。
4.電腦和智慧型手機是睡眠大敵 
一直玩電腦或手機，會使大腦處於興奮狀態；此外，明亮的螢幕也會刺激交感神經，消除睡意。所以最好睡前兩小時就切掉電源，可以改為聽音樂、讀書的方式讓大腦休息。
5.周末補眠不超過兩小時 
周末睡太多反而會打亂睡眠的規律，等到周一要上班反而會更痛苦。補眠應嘎要講究睡眠品質，而不是一昧地增加睡眠時間。
